Diversity mentorship programs help organizations create an inclusive workforce. Mentorship programs can improve diversity in leadership by allowing diverse individual’s access to leaders through a structural framework that includes relationship management, skill development, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to position mentee’s for optimal success. The course design provides participants with an understanding of how creating a mentoring program can assist organisations in their Inclusion efforts. Participants will also see a software demonstration that can help facilitate mentorship exchanges between team members.
